Chase's 3rd Birthday!

On Sunday, January 25th, Chase turned 3 years old! Can you believe it? It seems like yesterday that we were staring at his baby pictures in emails wishing we could hold him and kiss him. We are truely blessed to be his parents and have him to love. He is such a loving and affectionate little boy who tries so hard to please us all the time.

As you know, it is very difficult to find things to "go and do" that are special and fun for little ones so we decided to take the boys to a place called Fun City in Burlington which is similar to Gatti Land in Washington, IN but to the extreme. The boys (and us too) had fun playing games, winning tickets, eating and watching all the people, lights, and sounds.

We ended the day with cupcakes (poor Chase didn't get a cake-cause mommy and daddy wouldn't stay out of it if it was here) and opening presents. It just about killed Peyton that he couldn't open presents but of course he got to play with everything. Chase received special packages from Grandma & Grandpa Raber, Auntie Steph, Logan, & Bryce, Grandma Karla, and Great Aunt Linda & Uncle Dave, and cards from Great Grandma Lela & Grandpa Don, and Great Grandma Miller, Aunties Joann & Shirley. He enjoyed opening all his gifts and cards. We really appreciate you all making his birthday so special!

Mommy, Daddy, & Peyton got Chase a Go, Diego, Go trike...it's plastic so he (they) can play with it inside until spring when it will go outside to live. It was a great day and I think we were all thankful for the snow on Sunday and enjoyed a lazy day that was actually pretty quiet!
